Making the move to LPT Realty has put new life into our sibling partnership.
Don’t get us wrong, we loved being part of eXp Realty for so many reasons.
We loved they had done something no other brokerage had done. We loved being able to run our family business the way we wanted without an office to report to. We loved being a team and yet part of a much larger team in our area.
What we didn’t love?
The fact that we worked as a brother and sister team (2 people as 1) but there was no team plan that fit what we were doing. And then there was the agent attraction push in our area that over time didn’t blend well with our mission.
Still, we had invested so much time… we didn’t want to change… but the realty we came to face was that we needed to do what was in our best interest and made us feel good.
So last year we began exploring our options with other brokerages and even contemplating doing it all ourselves. The decision to stay or leave became our main focus. We knew we wouldn’t leave unless we found a brokerage willing to support us and invest in us as the sibling team we are.
Lucky for us we eventually found exactly what we were looking for in LPT Realty at the beginning of this year and we jumped when they offered us exactly what we wanted and needed.
But that wasn’t all…
We were blown away by what LPT does for its agents, the support they give, and all the plans for the future. That makes us excited every day knowing we will be able to service our buyers and sellers even more.
But the little thing that truly is a big thing that makes us happy we made the move is that our founder Robert Palmer is on a call with us every Monday morning. Words cannot express just how grateful we are.
