I must say, that it was a great pleasure to work with Lew and Tina, when I was searching for my new home! I had previously been working with one of the "big", national realty groups, and was getting nowhere fast! Annoyed and frustrated with the lack of service from them, I came across a listing from "The Veltri Group", and I made the call.....and it was the best decision I could have made. Lew and Tina were "on it" right away! We found a house that I liked and we began the process, to purchase. Now with an "accepted offer" and a contract in place, I went back home to NY and left it to them. A week later we received bad news....after a five day "rain event", the "home inspection", revealed serious problems with the structure...too many to list here... I requested that the homeowner do proper repairs on the house to rectify all the problems, before we move forward with the sale. Being a "home improvement contractor" for over 30 years, I knew how I wanted the repairs to be done. The homeowner was going to do repairs, but not up to my standards (he was going to do a fast patch job). However... Lew was willing to risk losing the sale by advising me to perhaps think about searching furthur, to find something less problematic. I was impressed with this gesture, and decided to trust his judgement, and we began the search again. There are not many realtors that would advise to walk away from a sale that was already just days before finalizing! Lew and Tina did many "virtual" walkthrough showings of different homes that either I located on-line, or was suggested by them. They went the "extra mile" for me, and got me into my new home....and they did it from 1200 miles away! I could go on about the things that they did for me to make my transition as smooth and without incident as possible, but there is just too many things they did to help me get to my closing. I highly recommend "The Veltri Group" to anyone looking for a home here on the "Space Coast"! They displayed a tremendous degree of "Professionalism, knowledge, loyalty, and integrity", throughout my journey from "searching to closing"! Thank you for all the help. Tom
